Flavor your water with fresh fruit. Watermelon, lemons, cucumbers, strawberries, mint leaves, raspberries and limes are great to add to water.

Milk because of its concentration of carbohydrates, calcium, protein and electrolytes is more hydrating than water. Not a fan of drinking milk, make oatmeal with milk as hydrating healthy snack especially if you add fresh fruit.

Make a plan each day to drink 8 glasses of water. The morning should start with drinking a glass of water. The benefit is that it will start the metabolism. Make it a habit so you stay hydrated.

The benefit of eating fresh fruit and vegetables is that it adds water to your diet naturally. Vegetables with high water content include spinach, lettuce and celery. Fruit with high water content include watermelon, strawberries and peaches.
